Living Room Quest 3S Raffle (Nov. 7-21, 2024)

Living Room is now officially live! 🎉 To celebrate, we’re giving away 1 Meta Quest 3S with a free copy of the game as a Grand Prize, and 4 additional copies of Living Room for runner-up winners! 🦁

Eligibility & How to Participate

Raffle Details

  • Deadline: The raffle closes on November 21, 2024, at 11:59 pm CET.
  • Selection of Winners: Five winners (1 Grand Prize and 4 runner-up prizes) will be selected at random on November 22, 2024 from all eligible entries across the platforms listed above.
  • Winner Notification & Confirmation Requirement:
    • Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) or email.
    • To claim their prize, each winner must confirm their Meta/Oculus email address within 72 hours of notification. The Grand Prize winner must additionally provide their mailing address for shipment of the Meta Quest 3S.
    • If a winner does not respond with the required information within 72 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible participants in accordance with the original random selection process.
  • Prize Distribution:
    • Each participant is eligible to win only one prize—either the Grand Prize or a runner-up prize—regardless of the number of entries submitted across platforms.
    • Game copies will be distributed to winners by November 22, 2024, at the end of the raffle.
    • The Meta Quest 3S grand prize will be shipped separately. The grand prize winner will need to confirm their mailing address for delivery and may be contacted via email or DM to coordinate the shipment. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of the Meta Quest 3S, as timing may vary due to external factors beyond our control. The Meta Quest 3S grand prize will be shipped via a third-party delivery service. Thoughtfish GmbH is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from actions of the shipping provider or other third parties.

Data Protection and Consent

  • Personal Data Collection: You will need to provide your email address linked to your Meta/Oculus account to redeem your prize. The Grand Prize winner must additionally provide their mailing address for shipment of the Meta Quest 3S.
  • Agreement to Terms of Service: By participating in this raffle, you agree to the Meta Terms of Service as well as the Terms of Service for each platform on which you entered (X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
  • Data Usage: All collected data will be used solely for contacting winners and delivering the prizes. Data will be processed and stored only as needed for prize distribution, in full compliance with GDPR. Data will be deleted promptly after prize fulfillment, and no personal data will be shared or sold to third parties. By entering, you consent to your data being used for these purposes only.

Raffle Details:

  • The raffle ends on Oct. 27, 2024 at 11:59pm CET. Five winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries across all the platforms listed above.
  • Winners will be randomly selected on Oct. 28, 2024 and contacted directly via DM or email.
  • Each participant is eligible to receive only one copy of the game, regardless of multiple entries.
  • You’ll need to share your Oculus email address with us to redeem the prize.
  • Prizes will be distributed once Living Room launches (scheduled on November 7, 2024).
  • Data collected will be used solely for contacting winners and delivering the prize. No personal data will be shared or sold.

Living Room Demo Giveaway (Oct. 11-20, 2024)

We’re giving away 100 demo versions of our new mixed-reality eco sim, Living Room! 🐰🌳 The demo version offers a short glimpse into the full Living Room experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in a colorful, dynamic ecosystem within your own living space.

  • Giveaway Details
    • Start Date: October 11, 2024 @ 3:05 pm CET
    • End Date: October 20, 2024 @ 11:59 pm CET
    • Demo Link Distribution: October 21, 2024
  • How to Participate
    • Participants must be 18 years or older and have access to a Meta Quest 3/3S headset.
    • No purchase necessary.
    • To enter, join the Thoughtfish Discord server before October 20, 2024 @ 11:59 pm CET and post a comment in the #lr-chat channel with your favorite animal fact.
    • The first 100 eligible participants will be contacted via Discord Direct Message (DM) on October 21, 2024 with access to the Living Room demo version on the Meta Quest Store. The demo will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • To claim the demo, you must reply to the DM with the email address linked to your Meta/Oculus account within 48 hours. If you do not respond within this time, the demo will be offered to the next eligible participant.
    • Your email address will be used solely for distributing the demo and will be handled according to our privacy policy.
    • By participating, you agree to the Meta Terms & Conditions, Discord Privacy Policy, and our Giveaway Terms, which include details on eligibility, selection, and data usage.
  • Data Protection & Usage
    • For the purposes of distributing the demo, we will collect your Discord username and the email address linked to your Meta/Oculus account. Data will only be used for contacting winners and distributing the demo in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared or sold to third parties. Participants are entitled to request information about their data, have it corrected, or request its deletion at any time, as per the GDPR.
